If your Laundranet™ breaks through misuse (often caused by excessive weight or tension,) we are unfortunately unable to provide replacement or refunds. We will provide ‘free shipping’ on replacement units to help you replace your Laundranet™.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and return shipping instructions. Returns must be in like new condition. Returns must be shipped pre-paid.
In the case of shipping damage, contact us immediately at email@example.com upon receiving your order. Include any photos of damage to the shipping box and to your Laundranet™.
In the event of product failure due to an obvious factory defect, we will be happy to replace your unit at no charge. Please email details and photos to place a claim for replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
